Limited Edition Die Cast Metal Collector Replica
The 1940 Ford featured a totally new body style and rather signifigant changes to the chassis and running gear. Also changed was the wheel design, which used a five and a half inch bolt circle and smaller hubcaps. The standard models now used many of the same componenets that previously had been reserved for the Deluxe models only. These included a two-brush generator with voltage regulator, a crankshaft mounted fan and a lower but wider radiator. This was also the last year for the sixty horsepower V-8 engine.
